Home Buyers Inspection
Our experts walk through the home and prepare a report that outlines the home’s major components, their current condition, what needs immediate attention, and what will require maintenance after you move in. WHI offers additional inspection services. Check out the Services tab for more information.

Buyer Home Inspection
Each inspection takes between 3-4 hours. We will provide a detailed report plus a summary. Hang tags are used to identify shut-offs and energy supplies for water heaters and furnaces. Thermal imaging is used to help detect moisture issues that would not be visible and is great at identifying areas that are not adequately insulated. Drones are used for roof inspections. Post-inspection we can review images in HD quality to identify concerns.
